The Yoga Stretch course is taught by instructors who hold yoga teaching certifications and provide professional guidance to help you develop flexibility, release stress, and enhance overall well-being. Regardless of your yoga level, experience the benefits of yoga through gentle stretching and mindful movements.

Programme Features

  • Train by professional and qualified yoga coaches
  • Emphasis on gentle stretching and mindful movements to enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being
  • Release most of the urban illnesses and pain, e.g neck and back pain, shoulder pain, etc.
  • Ground Yoga equipped with yoga mats, yoga bricks support
  • Venue is at the yoga mirror room and the tuition fee includes students’ basic venue insurance
  • Designed to cater to a wide range of participants

Programme Structure

  • Warm-up exercises
  • Introduction to basic yoga poses, e.g. Surya Namaskar, Downward-facing dog
  • Guided practice of yoga sequences
  • Focus on abdominal breathing
  • Cool-down stretches

  • Yoga Instructor certificate

Students who successfully complete the course with an attendance rate of 80% or above will be awarded a completion certificate issued by the Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT).
