This 5-day course gives an overview of how flight operation, airworthiness and commercial issues relating to Air Operator Certificate regulations in Hong Kong. The course will cover flight operations, flight crew training, continuing airworthiness, and the safety management system.

This 5‑day course provides an understanding of how Air Operator Certificate (AOC) regulation is controlled in Hong Kong, and ensures that individuals, manufacturers, operators, and maintenance organizations comply with the relevant AOC requirements. It also places Hong Kong's regulatory framework within the international context established by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

This course is suitable for aviation personnel who require an understanding of how Air Operator Certificate regulation is controlled in Hong Kong. Tangible benefits have been identified by representatives from airlines, air operators, maintenance organisations and aircraft leasing company.

Students who successfully complete the course with an attendance rate of 90% or above will be awarded a completion certificate issued by the HKCT Institute of Higher Education (CTIHE).
