The HKAR‑145 training is a three‑day course covering all aspects of HKAR‑145 in detail, including the Requirements, Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC), and Guidance Material (GM). The Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) required under HKAR‑145 is also discussed. The course is suitable for professionals from aircraft maintenance organizations.

The training also provides an overview of relevant sections of other requirements, such as CAD 360 Part‑M (both maintenance and continuing airworthiness management), Part 21, Part 66, and Part 147.Participants receive handouts of all presentations, HKAR‑145 and the corresponding AMC and GM material, CAD 360, and other CAD publications. These training materials are referenced throughout the course. The PowerPoint slides highlight the key points of the requirements, while the instructors elaborate on them based on their knowledge and practical experience. Participant questions and discussions are encouraged, making the course more interactive and engaging, which enhances understanding and learning.

Programme Features

The participants will explore the HKAR‑145 requirements in this training course and learn how to determine both corporate and individual responsibilities to ensure that the organization meets the HKAR‑145 standards.

Students who successfully complete the course with an attendance rate of 90% or above will be awarded a completion certificate issued by the HKCT Institute of Higher Education (CTIHE).
